About Ag In Color
Ag in Color was created with three things in mind:
1. Community,
2. The Black Woman’s Experience in Agriculture, and
3. Reframing Agriculture.
Ag in Color aims to be part of a solution that fills a need for community through recognition and education for, by, and about Black women in agriculture. In addition to being a space for me to document my own experiences, Ag in Color is a virtual space to highlight, amplify, and center the experiences of Black women in agriculture. Finally, Ag in Color aims to disrupt, reclaim, and redefine agriculture as we see fit.
This space is for ALL women and non-binary folks who are comfortable in a space that centers women.
